You may set up real-time alerts to receive email notifications about the most important payments and sales events.
To configure all your notifications, you should go to 'Alerts' section on the sidebar.
You may find the list of alerts available for you now below.
- Declined Payment
You receive a notification when your customer’s payment is declined.
This will help you react faster so you can help your customers complete their order with less hassle. Not every declined payment will be equally important for you. You may set a minimal transaction value that will trigger this alert. Set ‘0’ if you want to be notified of each declined payment.
- Payment Declines Spike
You receive a notification when we identify a sudden increase in declines of the same type.
This may be an indicator of some specific problems with your payment processing. You may check Transactions List to get instant details and understand how to act. You may reach out to your payment gateway or processor to discuss this and learn how to resolve the issue.
- Order Value
You will receive a notification when the value of an order is higher than the one you set.
Orders with a value obviously higher than usual for your business could be an indicator of fraudulent activity. You may set a minimal transaction value that will trigger this alert. Set ‘0’ if you want to be notified of each transaction payment.
- High-Value Order From A New Customer
You will receive a notification when an order value is twice as high as an average one and made by a new customer.
This could be an indicator of fraudulent activity. We recommend you pay more attention to such orders to avoid fraud losses.
